8 Techniques To Raise Your Vibration

Focusing on ascension and raising your vibration during meditation is a subject I have been asked about many times. Now the simple answer I give to this sort of question is that meditation itself raises an individuals vibration progressively and in tune with the human psyches ability to confront its own issues and correct them fully. There are however means available to accelerate this vibratory increase without doing any undue harm to the system.

What I have listed below are 8 simple methods to invoke vibration raising during meditation. These techniques have been delivered by the ascended masters both ascended and incarnate to assist in our personal development. I use these techniques to set the foundation of my meditation practice by invoking them each and every time. (these techniques are also included in the I AM University curriculum)

THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ASCENSION COLUMN AND PILLAR OF LIGHT
We call forth to the Planetary and Cosmic Spiritual Hierarchy for the establishment and activation of a gigantic ascension column to be set up in the room you are holding your class.
We ask this ascension column to be connected also to a gigantic pillar of light to be connected to the group's planetary and cosmic antakarana which is the tube of light that connects you with your Monad and GOD.

THE PLATINUM NET
We call forth to Melchizedek, the Mahatma and Metatron to bring forth the Platinum Net down through the entire group space and your home. Platinum is the highest frequency colour available to Earth. The only frequency higher is the clear light of GOD which has no colour.
The Platinum Net will clear the entire group and your home of all negative and imbalanced energies on ALL levels.

AN AXIATONAL ALIGNMENT
Call forth from the Planetary and Cosmic Hierarchy for a Planetary and Cosmic Axiatonal Alignment.
This axiatonal alignment will serve to balance all the meridians of each individual and the entire group, and also serve to instantly align the group energy with GOD and the Spiritual Hierarchy's consciousness on ALL levels.

INVOCATION OF THE ASCENSION FLAME
Call forth to the Spiritual Hierarchy and the Inner Plane Ascended Masters for the anchoring and activation of the Golden White Ascension Flame.
Upon invocation you will instantly feel and even see this energy coming in.

INVOCATION TO THE SPIRITUAL AND COSMIC HIERARCHY
Call forth the entire Spiritual and Cosmic Hierarchy to now join your class. Ask that in Divine Order the appropriate Master overlight this particular class to please step forward.

SOUL MANTRA
(in this mantra choose the term either soul or monad depending on which stage of development you are at. i.e. if you have completed or in the process of completing the transition to becoming a multidimensional soul then use soul, if you have completed the transition to becoming the monad then use monad)

I am Soul
I am Monad
I am Light Divine
I am love
I am will
I am fixed design

INVOCATION OF GOLDEN DOME OF PROTECTION
Call forth the Golden Dome of Protection from Archangel Michael and his legions of Angels on the First Ray which has the specific function in God's Divine Plan of providing protection.

INVOCATION OF THE GREAT INVOCATION
THE NEW HIGHER OCTAVE
‘GREAT INVOCATION’
FOR THE AQUARIAN AGE
BY LORD MAITREYA

From the Flame of Wisdom that burns at the Altar of the Holy Spirit

Merkaba - The Chariot Of Light - Part 3 - The Teaching Of Spherical Breathing: Using 18 Breaths

The following is a reasonably well known technique in advanced esoteric ascension circles. It couples pranayama (yogic breathing) and visualisation to steer and develop your energy of consciousness. It takes time to master but is well worth the effort.

By Drunvalo Melchizedek
There are 17+1 breaths, where the first six are for balancing the polarity, the next seven for proper pranic flow through the entire body. The further breaths are for shifting the consciousness from 3rd to 4th dimension and finally the last three breaths is for re-creating the rotating Merkabah within and around the body. The last breath is not taught. Once each day, enter into this meditation, until the time comes when you are a conscious breather, remembering with each breath your intimate connection with God.

FIRST BREATH: Inhale
HEART: Open your heart and feel love for all life. If you cannot do this, you must at least open to this love as much as is possible for you. This is the most important instruction of all.

MIND: Become aware of the male tetrahedron (the apex facing up to the sun, the point facing to the front for male, the point to the back for females) filled with the brilliant white light surrounding your body. Visualize it the best you can. If you cannot visualize it, sense or feel it surrounding you.

BODY: At the same moment of inhalation, place your hands in the mudra of your thumb and first finger touching. Remember, lightly touch your fingers, and do not allow your fingers to touch each other or any other object. Keep your palms facing up.

BREATH: At this same moment, with empty lungs, begin to breathe in a complete yogic manner. Breathe through your nostrils only, except at certain places which will be described. Simply put, breath from your stomach first, then your diaphragm, and finally your chest. Do this in one movement, not three parts. The exhale is completed either by holding the chest firm and relaxing the stomach, slowly releasing the air, or by holding the stomach firm and relaxing the chest. The most important aspect is that this breathing must be rhythmic. Begin by using seven seconds in and seven seconds out, but as you get familiar with this meditation, find your own rhythm. The following instructions for a complete Yogic Breath are from "the Hindu-Yogi Science of Breath" by Yogi Ramacharake. Perhaps this description will be helpful.

Breathing through the nostrils, inhale steadily, first filling the lower part of the lungs, which is accomplished by bringing into play the diaphragm, which descending exerts a gentle pressure on the abdominal organs, pushing forward the front walls of the abdomen. Then fill the middle part of the lungs, pushing out the lower ribs, breastbone and chest. Then fill the higher portion of the lungs, protruding the upper chest, thus lifting the chest, including the upper six or even pairs of ribs.

At first reading it may appear that this breath consists of three distinct movements. This, however, is not the correct idea. The inhalation is continuous, the entire chest cavity from the lowered diaphragm to the highest point of the chest in the region of the collar bone, being expanded with a uniform movement. Avoid a jerky series of inhalations, and strive to attain a steady continuous action. Practice will soon overcome the tendency to divide the inhalation into three movements, and will result in a uniform continuous breath. You will be able to complete the inhalation in a few seconds after a little practice.

Exhale quite slowly, holding the chest in a firm position, and drawing the abdomen in a little and lifting it upward as the air leaves the lungs. When the air is entirely exhaled, relax the chest and abdomen. A little practice will render this part of the exercise easy, and the movement once acquired will be afterward performed almost automatically.

FIRST BREATH: Exhale
HEART: Love

MIND: Become aware of the female tetrahedron, (apex pointing to the earth, point facing to the back for males, point facing to the front for females), also filled with the brilliant white light.

BODY: Keep the same mudra.

BREATH: Do NOT hesitate at the top of the inhalation to begin the exhalation. Exhale quite slowly, approximately seven seconds, in the Yogic manner. When the air is out of the lungs, without forcing, relax the chest and abdomen and HOLD the breath. When you feel pressure to breathe again, after about five seconds or so, and then do the following:

MIND: Be aware of the flat equilateral triangle at the top of the female tetrahedron located in the horizontal plane that passes through your chest at the sternum. In a flash, and with a pulse like energy, send that triangular plane down through the female tetrahedron. It gets smaller as it goes down and pushes out the tip or apex of the tetrahedron all the negative energy of the mudra or electrical circuit, a light will shoot out of the apex toward the centre of the Earth. The Mind exercise is performed along with the following BODY movements.

BODY: Move your eyes slightly toward each other or, in other words, slightly cross your eyes. Now bring them up to the top of their sockets, or in other words, look up. Also, this looking up motion should not be extreme. You will feel a tingling feeling between your eyes in the area of your third eye. You can now look down to the lowest point you can, as fast as you can. You should feel an electrical sensation move down your spine. The MIND and BODY must coordinate the above mental exercise with the eye movements.

The eyes look down from their up position at the same time the mind sees the triangular horizontal plane of the female tetrahedron move down to the apex of the female tetrahedron. This combined exercise will clean out the negative thoughts and feelings that have entered into your electrical system. Specifically, it will clean out the part of your electrical system that is associated with the particular mudra you are using. Immediately upon pulsing the energy down your spine, you change mudras to the next one and begin the entire cycle over again.

The next five breaths are a repeat of the first breath with the following mudra changes:
Second breath mudra: Thumb and second finger together
Third breath mudra: Thumb and third finger together
Fourth breath mudra: Thumb and little finger together
Fifth breath mudra: Thumb and first finger together (same as first breath)
Sixth breath mudra: Thumb and second finger together (same as second breath)
The first part, the first six breaths, the balancing of the polarities, and the cleansing of your electrical system is now complete. You are now ready for the next part, the next seven breaths.

Here an entirely new breathing pattern begins. You do not need to visualize the star tetrahedron at this time. Only the tube that runs through the star, from the apex of the male tetrahedron above your head to the apex of the female tetrahedron below your feet, needs to be seen and worked with. This extends one hand length above your head and one hand length below your feet. The diameter of YOUR tube will be the size of the hole formed by YOUR thumb and forefinger touching.

BREATH NUMBER SEVEN: Inhale
HEART: Love. There is another refinement here that can be used after you have perfected this meditation.

MIND: Visualize or sense the tube running through your body. The instant you begin the seventh inhale, see the brilliant white light of the prana moving down the tube from the top and up the tube from the bottom at the same time. This movement is almost instantaneous. The point where these two light beams meet within your body is controlled by the mind and is a vast science known throughout the universe. In this teaching however, we will only be shown what is necessary, that which will take you from third to fourth dimensional awareness. In this case you will direct the two beams of prana to meet at your navel, or more correct, within your body at navel level, inside the tube. The moment the two beams of prana meet, which is just as the inhale begins, a sphere of white light or prana is formed at the meeting point about the size of a grapefruit centred on the tube. It all happens in an instant. As you continue to take the inhale of the seventh breath, the sphere of prana begins to concentrate and grow slowly.

BODY: For the next seven breaths use the same mudra for both, inhale and exhale, the thumb, first and second touching together palms up.

BREATH: Deep rhythmic Yogic breathing, seven seconds in and seven seconds out. There is no holding of the breath from now on. The flow of prana from the two poles will not stop or change in any way when you go from inhale to exhale. It will be a continuous flow that will not stop for a long as you breathe in this manner, even after death.

SEVENTH BREATH: Exhale
MIND: The prana sphere centred at the navel continues to grow. By the time of the full exhale, the prana sphere will be approximately eight or nine inches in diameter.

BREATH: Do not force the air out of your lungs. When your lungs are empty naturally, immediately begin the next breath.

EIGHTH BREATH: Inhale
HEART: Love.

MIND: The prana sphere continues to concentrate life force energy and grow in size

EIGHT BREATH: Exhale
MIND: The prana sphere continues to grow in size and will reach maximum size at the end of this breath. This maximum size is different for each person. If you put your longest finger in the centre of your navel, the line on your wrist defining your hand will show you the radius of the maximum size of this sphere for YOU. This sphere of prana cannot grow larger.

NINTH BREATH: Inhale
MIND: The prana sphere cannot grow larger, so what happens is the prana begins to concentrate within the sphere. The visual appearance is that the sphere grows BRIGHTER.

BREATH: Sphere grows brighter and brighter as you inhale.

NINTH BREATH: Exhale
BREATH: As you exhale, the sphere continues to grow brighter and brighter.

TENTH BREATH: Inhale
MIND: About half way through this inhale, as the sphere continues to brighter, the prana sphere reaches critical mass. The sphere ignites into a sun, a brilliant blinding ball of white light. You are now ready for the next step.

TENTH BREATH: Exhale
MIND: At the moment of exhale, the small sphere two hand lengths in diameter bulges to expand. In one second, combined with the breath talked about below, the sphere expands quickly out to the sphere of Leonardo, out at your finger tips of your extended arms. Your body is now completely enclosed within a huge sphere of brilliant white light. You have returned to the ancient form of spherical breathing. However, at this point, this sphere is not stable. You MUST breathe three more times to keep the sphere stable.

BREATH: At the moment of exhale, make a small hole with your lips and blow out your air with pressure. As you feel the sphere begin to bulge, all within the first second of this exhale, let all of your air out rapidly. The sphere will expand at that moment.

ELEVENTH, TWELFTH and THIRTEENTH BREATH: Inhale and Exhale
MIND: Relax and just feel the flow of the prana flowing from the two poles and meeting at the navel and then expanding out to the large sphere.

BREATH: Breath rhythmically and deeply. At the end of the thirteenth breath you have stabilized the large sphere and are ready for the important 14th breath.

THE FOURTEENTH BREATH
HEART: Love

MIND: On the inhale of the 14th breath, at the very beginning of the breath, move the point where the two beams of prana meet from the navel to the sternum, the fourth dimensional chakra. The entire large sphere, along with the original sphere, which is also still contained within the large sphere, moves up to the new meeting point within the tube. Though this is very easy to do, it is an extremely powerful movement. Breathing from this new point within the tube will inevitably change your awareness from third to fourth dimensional consciousness or from earth consciousness to Christ consciousness.

BODY: This mudra will be used for the rest of the meditation. Place the left palm on top of the right palm for males and the right palm on top of the left palm for females. It is a mudra that relaxes.

BREATH: Rhythmic breath and deep. However, if you continue to breathe from your Christ centre without moving on to the MER-KA-BA, which is what, is recommended until you have made contact with your Higher Self, then shift to a shallow breath. In other words, breathe rhythmically but in a comfortable manner where your attention is more on the flow of energy moving up and down the tube meeting at the sternum and expanding out to the large sphere. Just feel the flow. Use your feminine side to just be. At this point don't think, just breath, feel and be. Feel your connection to All Life through the Christ Breath. Remember your intimate connection with God.

The Mer-Ka-Ba, The Vehicle Of Ascension
The Last Three Breaths
You are asked not to attempt this FOURTH PART until you have made contact with your Higher Self, AND your Higher Self has given you permission to proceed. This part is to be taken seriously. The energies that will come into and around your body and spirit are of tremendous power. If you are not ready, you could hurt yourself. If your Higher Self gives you permission to enter into the MER-KA-BA, then don t fear, for you will be ready.

FIFTEENTH BREATH: Inhale:
HEART: Love

MIND: Be aware of the whole star tetrahedron. Realize that there are three whole star tetrahedrons superimposed over each other. One is the body itself, and is locked in place and never, except under certain conditions, moves. It is placed around the body according to maleness or femaleness. The second whole star tetrahedron is male in nature, it is electrical, is literally the human mind and rotates counter-clockwise relative to your body looking out, or to put it another way, it rotates toward your left side. The third whole star tetrahedron is female in nature, is magnetic, is literally the human emotional body and rotates clockwise relative to your body looking out, or to put it another way, it rotates toward your right side.

To be clear, we are not telling you to rotate the male tetrahedron one way and the female the other way. When we say rotate the whole star tetrahedron, we mean the whole thing.

On the inhale of the fifteenth breath, as you are inhaling, you will say to yourself, in your head, the code words, EQUAL SPEED. This will tell your mind that you want the two rotatable whole star tetrahedrons to begin spinning in opposite directions at equal speeds at the time of the exhale. Meaning that for every complete rotation of the mind tetrahedrons, there will be a complete rotation of the emotional tetrahedrons.

BODY: Continue the mudra of the folded hands from now on.

BREATH: Breath Yogic and rhythmically and deeply again, but only for the next three breaths, after that return to the shallow breathing.

FIFTEENTH BREATH: Exhale
MIND: The two sets of tetrahedrons take off spinning. In an instant, they will be moving at exactly one third the speed of light at their outer tips. You probably will not be able to see this because of their tremendous speed, but you can feel it. What you have just done is to start the MOTOR of the MER-KA-BA. You will not go anywhere, or have an experience. It is just like starting the motor of a car, but having the transmission in neutral.

BREATH: Make a small hole with your lips just like you did for breath Number Ten. Blow out in the same manner, and as you do, feel the two sets of tetrahedrons take off spinning.

SIXTEENTH BREATH: Inhale
MIND: As you let out the breathe, the two sets of tetrahedrons take off from their one third speed of light setting to two third speed of light in an instant. As they approach two thirds speed of light speed a phenomena takes place. A disk about 55 feet in diameter forms around the body at the level of the base of the spine. And the sphere of energy that is cantered around the two sets of tetrahedrons forms with the disk to create a shape that looks like a FLYING SAUCER around the body. This energy matrix is called the MER-KA-BA. However, it is not stable. If you see or sense the MER-KA-BA around you at this point, you will know it to be unstable. It will be slowly wobbling. Therefore Breath Number Seventeen is necessary.

BREATH: Same as breath 16, make a small hole in your lips, and blow out with pressure. It is at this point that the speed increases. As you feel the speed increasing, let out all your breath with force. This action will cause the higher speed to be fully obtained and the MER-KA-BA to be formed.

SEVENTEENTH BREATH: Inhale
HEART : Remember, unconditional love for all life must be felt through out all of this meditation or no results will be realized.

MIND: As you breathe in, say to yourself, in your head, the code NINE TENTHS THE SPEED OF LIGHT. This code will tell your mind to increase the speed of the MER-KA-BA to nine tenths the speed of light which will stabilize the rotating field of energy. It will also do something else. This third dimensional universe that we live in is tuned to 9/10 the speed of light. Every electron in your body is rotating around every atom in your body at 9/10 the speed of light. This is the reason this particular speed is selected.

BREATH: Breathe rhythmically and in a Yogic manner.

SEVENTEENTH BREATH: Exhale
MIND: The speed increases to 9/10 the speed of light and stabilizes the MER-KA-BA.

BREATH: Same as breath 15 and 16, make a small hole in your lips, and blow out with pressure. As you feel the speed take off, let all your breath out with force. You are now in your stable and third dimensionally tuned MER-KA-BA. With the help of your Higher Self, you will understand what this really means.

EIGHTEENTH BREATH:
This very special breath will not be taught here. You must receive it from Your Higher Self. It is the breath that will take you through the speed of light into the fourth dimension. You will disappear from this world and reappear in another one that will be your new home for awhile. This is not the end, but the beginning of an ever expanding consciousness returning you HOME to your FATHER.

Next post in the Merkaba series is Part 4 - Manifestation

Mindfulness Techniques

In this post I am intending to discuss mindfulness and two applications of this technique as a means of off loading baggage and regaining your personal power. Mindfulness is an essential technique in many paths, and is designed firstly to clear blockages via mental stimulation and rewire the neural pathways by exposure to past “trauma” and emotions in a dispassionate fashion in order to reconnect the mental memory with a new less involved emotional memory rather than the previously involved negative emotional memory. (Any memories that arise will have been stored negatively as it is stored as a thought form blockage in your energetic system).

Mindfulness is in essence an extremely simple technique, however depending on your state of mind and level of emotional involvement in any specific memory or situation can be quite difficult to master. Mastery of this technique will bring with it a huge leap towards mastery of your life and mastery of your own personal power.

Technique one – Mindfulness meditation
Mindfulness meditation is a technique which I had difficulty with in the early days. As I could not step back dispassionately from memories and they became what was in effect day dreams, but these day dreams reasserted the emotion of the situation, and reaffirmed both the associated neural pathway and the thought form blockage in much the same way as a nightmare or flash back would do (even though the memory may appear to mature eyes to be nothing particularly important or emotionally stressful).

It is important to remember and reaffirm if necessary, that these images are just memories. They were once real but are not real any more. “I live in the now, and no matter what these memories represent I am perfectly safe.” As you develop in strength and ability you will be able to release these thought forms, thanking them for the lessons and wisdom you have learned from them and send them on their way.

The technique as stated previously is very simple to apply providing you follow the basic rules which are.

Don’t become emotionally involved in a memory.
If you slip in to fantasy or daydream, recognise it and bring yourself back into the present.
Always ask yourself, what does this mean? What have I learned?

To apply the technique simply, find yourself a comfortable meditative position. There is no requirement to adopt any specified posture as any position will work. Clasp your hands on your lap, and regulate your breathing concentrating on the ebb and flow of the in breath and the out breath and let your mind go. Observe anything that may come to mind and let it wash away without any judgement.

Slowly when you are comfortable and ready, breath deep into the pit of your belly as this will increase the energetic effects of the meditation, which are similar to most other techniques I have described in this blog.

An example.
During mindfulness meditation a situation arose in my memory, which involved a heated debate between myself and a third party about an issue we both had with each other. I became emotionally involved in this memory, feeling anger and despair. I found myself drifting with the memory and slowly day dreaming of a different outcome.

I realised I was becoming involved and brought myself back, centred myself and continued. This memory arose many times before I was able to remind myself, that it was a memory, and that it was no longer real or part of my life. I was then able to ask myself, why had I became so angry and frustrated in that situation, which then led me to other situations earlier in my life. This process brought me to the conclusion that I had a deep seated sense of injustice and I needed to let it go, which I did and all of the other memories and thought forms associated with this sense of injustice slowly dissipated, allowing me to progress and move on.

Walking in Mindfulness
Although I have called this technique walking in mindfulness it’s not really the literal walk I am talking about. What I really mean is the day to day walk through life. We should try to observe from moment to moment the environment and its moods, much the same way as we discussed in meditation. We should attempt to view everything from a dispassionate stand point and whenever something happens which causes us to involve our emotions and respond in a way that is not from our inner power we should stop and attempt to understand why.

Mindfulness is an activity that can be done at any time; it does not require sitting, or focusing on the breath, but rather simply realizing what is happening in the present moment is mental content, including simply noticing the mind's usual "commentary". We can be mindful of the sensations in our feet while walking. Once we identify experience as mental content, we have the freedom to cease identification with any pre-programmed judgments/perceptions.

One of the key fundamental approaches to this system allows us to look at our interactions with others and observe our reactions and emotions to changes external to ourselves. Do we react with envy when someone boasts? Do we react with anger when we observe selfishness? Doing this with every communication with people around us can help us to fully understand ourselves and develop mastery over our emotional programmes. Remember these programmes are not you! You are a fluid and compassionate being with the power to respond in anyway you choose in any given moment.

Once the realisation comes home to you, that you are responding because of an incident somewhere in the distant past that has caused you to feel in a certain way and react in certain manner, you can restrict the impact and create a new emotional sensation and a new power to step from.

Summary
This is the first of a number of approaches to removing baggage and destroying karma. Mindfulness has been around for 1500 years or more and works for many people. I personally have found it to be a useful tool for observing the self and have mixed it with other more proactive tools, which have helped me put things behind me more successfully than just mere observation. I recommend that even if you do not have success removing thought forms with this technique that you develop and master the ability to at least observe responses which you can then use other tools which I will share with you to sever the bonds of karma with those events.

Further Development Pranayama (yogic Breath)

A Recap On The Yogic Breath (Breath of the Immortals)
The Yogic Breath also known as Ujjayi breathing is the foundation of pranayama, and is practiced in nearly every form of pranayama. Ujjayi itself literally means "victoriously uprising," which refers to the expansion and movement upward of the energy of the breath- the prana- through the central channel of the body (located just in front of the spine) known as the 'sushumna nadi.'

Ujjayi breathing has two distinctive characteristics:
• the Ujjayi 'sound
• the effort to maintain evenness of flow of breath from beginning to end of each breath- both on the inhalation and exhalation (as opposed to the lower triangle development exercise which uses rhythm and retention).

The Ujjayi sound is made by toning the throat and epiglottis - the vocal diaphragm - as if you were whispering the sound of 'haaaa' in the throat - a breathy sound like the one made when you fog a mirror with your breath. The purpose of this is to tune you into the sound and sensation of the breath, putting you in immediate touch with the quality and texture of your breath.

The breathing itself is done through the nose on both the in-breath and out-breath. This warms and filters the air, and further allows you to delicately regulate the breath, making it smooth and even to produce a calming and relaxing effect that ultimately draws you into meditation. In more esoteric terms, the Ujjayi breath enhances your ability to assimilate the prana from the air, generating greater pranic energy within your body. With a subtle, relaxed practice of Ujjayi breath you can feel soothing currents of energy moving through your head, along your spine and throughout your body.

Principles of Ujjayi Breathing
In Ujjayi breathing, you breathe into the three parts of the torso as you do in the Full Yogic Breath; but the emphasis is upon regulating your breath to maintain an evenness of flow in which the quantity of air inhaled and exhaled is constant through each increment of time.

Normally our breath begins fast and then tapers off toward the top of the inhalation or bottom of the exhalation. The Ujjayi breath, on the other hand, is continuous and without fluctuation; it feels steady, like pulling silk through your fingertips, and focuses your attention like a laser beam so that you're not disturbed or distracted by the fluctuations of your mind. The clear, steady quality of the Ujjayi breath is described in the yoga tradition as being like a steady, unbroken flow of light clear oil or ghee (clarified butter), so steady that although in motion, it seems motionless.

Ujjayi breathing can be practiced either reclining or in a sitting position (also standing). Although it is an even more active and effortful form than the Full Yogic Breath, requiring greater attention and refinement in the actions of breathing, your attitude or intention is to make yourself fully recto the breath; with each breath, you're not 'taking' a breath, but rather receiving it - and appreciating it fully, as if taking in the fine and delicate fragrance of a flower.

Begin with a relaxed and relaxing exhalation, emptying yourself to receive the breath with full consciousness and appreciation. Breathing through your nose, tone the back of your throat as you begin to inhale to begin the Ujjayi sound. Fill yourself with the breath just as you do with the Full Yogic Breath, and attend to making the pace, texture and depth of your breath absolutely constant and even throughout each moment of the in-breath and out-breath. Initially make the in-breath as deep and the out-breath as long as is comfortable to you without producing any strain. Let your out-breath be a bit longer than your in-breath so that your practice will be soothing and relaxing.

Yasodhara and Buddha’s Breath
Yasodhara and Buddha's breath is very deep. It is the breath for transcending the Thinking Body. It begins the process of accessing energy through the five aspects of the Higher Self. The highest ideals associated with these five anatomical aspects of the Higher Self are found in the descriptive words in the teachings of masters, the Reiki Symbols and the Names of the Masters associated with them.

The in-breath is seven beats of the heart and the out breath is six beats of the heart. On the in breath the names of the Elohim repeated silently as in the Elohim Breath. On the out-breath the names of the masters are said silently.

In Breath:
• Hope- first beat- first chakra
• Faith- second beat- second chakra
• Love- third beat- third chakra
• Om- fourth beat- heart chakra
• Christ- fifth beat- fifth chakra
• Holy Spirit- sixth beat- sixth chakra
• God- seventh beat- crown chakra

Out Breath:
• Mary-Jesus- first beat- (Body Chakra above head)
• Yasodhara-Buddha- second beat- (Mind Chakra above head)
• Uma-Brahman- third beat- (Soul Chakra above head)
• Radharani-Krishna- fourth beat- (Spirit Chakra above head)
• I AM THAT I AM- fifth beat- (Will Chakra above head)
• Unmanifested One- sixth beat- (Higher Self Chakra above head)
On the in breath let the energy rise from the base of the spine to the top of the head, one name on each chakra. On the out breath let the energy continue out the top of the head through the higher six chakras, one beat and the names for each chakra. The first chakra above the head is about a hands length above the head. Each chakra above that is about a hands length.

The Breath of Uma and Brahman
The Breath of Uma and Brahman is for transcending the Feeling body. It is a thirteen beat breath. It takes a lot of practice to begin to master it. As you breathe in the first seven beats you will have reached your normal complete yogic breath. Your lungs are already full and your shoulders have begun to lift slightly. Slowly continue to breathe in six more beats and let the breath fill you right out the top of your head.

The out breath is also thirteen beats. Slowly release the breath and return to your starting position.

In Breath:
• Hope- first beat- first chakra
• Faith- second beat- second chakra
• Love- third beat- third chakra
• Om- fourth beat- heart chakra
• Christ- fifth beat- fifth chakra
• Holy Spirit- sixth beat- sixth chakra
• God- seventh beat- crown chakra
• Mary-Jesus- eighth beat- (Body Chakra above head)
• Yasodhara-Buddha- ninth beat- (Mind Chakra above head)
• Uma-Brahman- tenth beat- (Soul Chakra above head)
• Radharani-Krishna- eleventh beat- (Spirit Chakra above head)
• I AM THAT I AM- twelfth beat- (Will Chakra above head)
• Unmanifested One- thirteenth beat- (Higher Self Chakra above head)

• Faith- second beat- second chakra
• Love- third beat- third chakra
• Om- fourth beat- heart chakra
• Christ- fifth beat- fifth chakra

• Radharani-Krishna- eleventh beat- (Spirit Chakra above head)
• I AM THAT I AM- twelfth beat- (Will Chakra above head)
Unmanifested One- thirteenth beat- (Higher Self Chakra above head)

Bringing It All Together
Once you have mastered all three breaths, you can breathe them in sequence. The first breath is the Breath of the Acting Body, The second breath is the Breath of the Thinking Body and the third breath is the Breath of the Feeling body. This three- part breath brings the three bodies into Harmony. Learning these breaths takes time, space and patience, but it is well worth it.

Breath work is a tool not some magic formula. It is not meant to be a ritual that has to be practiced every day either. It is a lot of fun if you don't turn it into work or some job you have to perform. Just enjoy your life getting deeper and more meaningful everyday. Be open to the lessons that life provides you everyday. Above all remember that Love is our Friend.

The Breath of the Elohim

In previous post I have spoken about the energetic, regenerative and healing effects of breathing techniques (pranayama). In this post I will take things one step further and include a doaist variation on the technique, and adding words of power, in a yogic manner in order to further enhance the elevating effects of this exercise.

Words of Power
Words of power have a cleansing and charging effect on the mind body energetic blueprint and environment around us. Most commonly called mantra's words of power are used in many religions and philosophies, some of which advocate repetition and some of which do not. The main premise of repetition is that to continually remind the conscious and subconscious mind of the key topic of the mantra or words of power will prevent the mind from straying from the spiritual back towards the material.

This repetition process in the first instance has a focusing, and energetic cleansing effect, certain words vowels and sounds, such as the well known "Ohm" mantra cause your energetic matrix i.e. your aura and chakras to vibrate and resonate allowing you to shake blockages from their state of stagnation and permit the free flow of energy.

Certain words have properties attached to them which are stored in akasha and will forever represent that which is held in the common conscious psyche even words such as "nike" or "adidas" have a resonatory power as a result of the power attributed them by mass marketing and public perception. The words that we are interested in however have come from akasha and have been delivered as a loving spiritual gift. They are spiritual in origin and have only one purpose which is to elevate consciousness.

The bhagevad gita states that the last thought in our mind at night is where we go when we sleep, and the last thought we have in life is where we go in the after life. continuously resonating and focussing the mind on words of power associated with spiritual growth and god, focus our minds and our entire being on the subject of god and all that is. Should, after much repetition, this be the last thught on your mind before you pass into the spiritual realms you shall not be dragged by illusions and perceptions into anything other than the destination of your vibration.

The word of power we are considering using during this exercise is "Elohim". Elohim translates as "all that god is", and is credited to be the title of a number of very high spiritual beings who answer to god alone. Each Elohim has attributes which we commonly associate with the planetary rays and as such in time we may wish to use those attributes as our mantra.

The attributes or names associated with elohim are, Hope, Faith, Love, Ohm, Christ, Holy and God. By resonating and repeating these names of the elohim we imbue our psyche with this wonderful and elevating group of beings, whilst adding the additional power of pranayama the yogic breathing techniques.

The Breath of the Elohim - The Technique
Having now practised the rhythm and retention techniques we should have developed our pranayamic abilities exponentially and as a result adding the following refinement should not bring any great difficulties.

Slowly relax into a comfortable meditative position. take deep and cleansing breaths and relax until you can hear your heart beat. (this is essential for the timing of this exercise)

Slow the rate of breathing down so that your in breath spans over seven beats of the heart. And release the breath slowly in order to allow the out breath to span over seven beats.

Always breath in and out through the nose.

At first while you are getting used to this technique you may wish to repeat the name, elohim on every beat of the in breath and every beat of the out breath. But once you become more able to forget about the heart as a means of timing you may wish to add the names of the elohim to each beat.

First beat - Hope
Second beat - Faith
Third beat - Love
Fourth beat - Ohm
Fifth beat - Christ
Sixth beat - Holy
Seventh beat - God

Use this process on both the in and out breath.

This technique is focussed on breaching the gap between you and god. By repeating the names of the elohim and elohim itself while drawing new and cleansing energy into your being, you eventually diminish the concept of separation and help to build the bridge between you and all that is one. This is a tremendous tool to add to your developmental tool box. As with everything I describe, give it a go, as seeing is believing.

The Unified Chakra Meditation

“The Unified Chakra Meditation is the base technique of Angelic Outreach. It supports your mutation at every level of your being. The Unified Chakra creates a bubble of Light that allows you to handle vaster and vaster frequencies, and acts like a force field. It helps screen out other people's pictures of reality and thought forms. Most of you walk around in other peoples' energies because your bodies are separated. The main thing for spiritual seekers is to get in your bodies and figure out what your energy is.

The Unified Chakra is the best way that we know of to assist you to follow your Spirit with every breath and every step. It is suggested that you do the Unified chakra every single time that you notice that you are in the past or the future. At first that will seem like an incredible task, but if you will do it with discipline, you will find that within two weeks you will unify instantly. By the end of four to five weeks, you won't step out of the merge simulation.” Quoted From What is Lightbody? by Tashira Tachi-ren

As stated previously in another post, the unified chakra is the ultimate goal of spiritual progress in the manifest world allowing you the seeker to grow your spiritual self within the protective boundaries of the trans-mutative gold light. This active waking meditation will support your development in a manner that greases the wheels for accelerated spiritual development. Slowly as your heart chakra grows you will permanently enter this state and stage of development.

Technique to Accelerate Meditation, Relaxation, and Develop Spiritual Abilities

I know that previously I stated that their were only a few techniques required in order to develop spiritual fulfilment, and that is correct. I restate there are only a few techniques REQUIRED in order to achieve spiritual fulfilment. There are however a number of techniques which will help you on your journey and at each stepping stone on route.

In reality what I am about to talk about is a sub-technique, a hint or a tip. It will allow you to enter states of consciousness which so far have remained hidden behind a busy mind and overactive imagination. This technique allows us to overcome the hurdles of mindlessness as well as allowing us to release the old unhelpful programmes. It is in fact a short cut to the unconscious and beyond.

Relaxation
In order to reach higher states of consciousness both in meditation and grounded here in our 3rd dimensional reality you must learn to relax the mind. "Yes" I hear you say "we already know this", but the real struggle occurs not in relaxing the mind but in relaxing the physical body. As I stated in a previous post, our mind has storage locations all over the body, how can one expect the physical mind to relax if these ethereal storage centres are firing off signals here there and everywhere.

In order to fully achieve a still mind, you must first achieve a still body. A still body may be difficult at first but by practicing this technique you will be able to achieve just that in seconds or less.

Early Physical Relaxation Technique
After grounding and deep breathing, slowly visualise two hands. These are your hands but are not your physical hands, these are energy hands which can go anywhere and do anything you choose. With your energy hands reach down to your feet and starting at your big toes slowly massage your feet until the start to tingle and heat up. You may feel short pains or burning, this is just blocks being released so do not worry, you will feel this time and again in various parts of your body as you start to clear energetic scarring.

As your feet start to relax, slowly massage up each ankle into the legs, slowly drawing the relaxing warmth up with your energy hands. Take your time and ensure you give every area the attention it requires. Feel the warmth creep up your legs towards your hips and slowly as you reach the hips, drag your energy hands to the root chakra and slowly bring it to life. Imagine it as a red ball of light that you are polishing and cleaning, removing all the smears and grubby marks.

Slowly move on and up the physical vehicle, repeating the process as before, and as you reach a chakra, slowly take the time to polish and clean the sacred ball of light. Ensure that every inch of your body and every chakra has received full attention from your relaxing energy hands, and when you have completely massaged your entire body, state the intention: I INTEND MY BODY TO COMPLETELY RELAX.

Feel now your entire vehicle completely and utterly relax.

Nervous System Relaxation
Once you have stated the previous intention the next phase of relaxation will come relatively quickly. As you have previously massaged your outer vehicle, you must now calm the signals which rage around your body from the tip of your nose to the soles of your feet.

Quite simply take your energy hands again, but this time plunge them deep into the core of your feet. Slowly massage every nerve and nerve ending. Repeat the route you took for your physical massage ensuring to cover every inch of the nervous system. You should at this point feel your body start to deaden as the sensors all around it start to drift off to a relaxing sleep, probably for the first time in your life.

When you have completely massaged your nervous system state the intention: I INTEND MY NERVOUS SYSTEM TO COMPLETELY RELAX.

Feel the impact of a relaxed nervous system.

Brain Stillness and Relaxation
By this stage of the process relaxing the brain should be relatively simple, however we should go through the motions (why? will become clear later in the post). Do not focus too much energy on the brain as this can cause headaches and insomnia. Instead just gently sweep the brain with your energy hands a few times and state the following intention: I INTEND MY BRAIN TO COMPLETELY RELAX.
Issues Arising
It may take you a number of attempts to consciously complete this cycle, as you may drift into the white light earlier. Do not worry, as you become more able to consciously control your mind you will slowly develop a strong meditative ability and therefore able to use this meditation for more than just relaxing.

On completion of this exercise you are in a highly receptive state. This state of mind, known as a trance is very useful, not just for entering still mind, but also for removing old unhelpful programmes and adding new more useful ones. Using this technique prior to forgiveness sessions is very effective in removing blockages and changing your state of mind and elevating consciousness.

Of course the main reason I described this technique was to allow you to enter the stillness quickly, which brings us onto the advanced application.

Advanced Technique
As previously stated on the conclusion of this exercise you have placed yourself in a highly receptive state. In this state you can effectively create new programmes for yourself. One such programme is the ability to allow you to reach this state far more easily than ever before.

The method itself may sound difficult and maybe even dangerous but remember you are always in control, no one else.

On conclusion of the exercise mentioned above, reaffirm the three intentions mentioned. i.e. Intend the body; nervous system and brain completely relax.

You are now in a position to set a programme and a confirmation, in this situation the programme should include a trigger word, for me it is Peace (as this is in alignment with what I am trying to achieve) and set the conditions. So an intention would go something like this:

On counting back slowly from 5 to 1 I intend that my eyelids shall be welded shut (confirmation of state), I will be in control at all times and fully alert to any hazards in my surroundings and able to become fully alert in an instant if needs be. I will trigger this state quickly and effectively in the future using the keyword “Peace Peace Peace”

Once you have confirmed that your eyelids are welded shut therefore you are in a trance state and highly receptive, reaffirm, that in any future time that you should wish to enter this state use the keyword peace, and it shall happen. Slowly bring yourself out of the state and let the blood circulate back into your extremities. When you are ready slowly relax again and test the programme, by stating the three intentions: I intend my body, nervous system and brain to completely relax. Once you feel yourself starting to become heavy in relaxation use your trigger word “peace peace peace” and you should quickly and easily slip into a deep meditative state.

Applications
This exercise has proven its effectiveness in creating programmes for repeating the state. It can also be used to create programmes for anything you want, confidence, wealth anything you can think of.

The removal of old programmes is essential for progression, and doing forgiveness sessions with this tool will work wonders.

Moving into mindlessness meditation quickly and easily and Just learning to use this technique properly will progress you by about 1 year (the time it takes to master mindlessness), which in turn will allow you to progress much faster.

Give it a try, it is a tool I use every single day, multiple times a day.

Using Meditation as a Path to Enlightenment

There are many types of meditation each of which serves a different purpose. There are guided meditations and meditation to music, mindfulness and mindlessness. Many people struggle to grasp what meditation actually is, and how to use it. Sources of information over complicate things by giving meditations rankings in terms of difficulty or advancement.

In my experience the best form of meditation to support spiritual and psychic development is mindlessness meditation, which no matter the source of your research, is allegedly an advanced meditation. I would suggest very strongly that this title is an attempt to over mystify and elevate the position of that individual source or person. Mindlessness in developmental terms is the most basic form of meditation required to ensure success through development of any of the other guided meditations. Any sort of visualisation etc, will not work unless you are at an appropriate level and you will only get to that appropriate level through a number of these so called advanced techniques (which are in fact the cornerstone of development).

What is Mindlessness
Mindlessness meditation is a simple process whereby you contemplate on an empty or still mind. In order to conduct this meditation properly just adopt a comfortable meditative position, breath deeply and still and observe the thought process.

When you master mindlessness you reach a stage that is precisely as it says on the tin, your mind is empty. Many people do not reach this stage in development because they do not have the discipline to stick it out (which is why visualisation or any other form of manifestation or divination, clairvoyance or otherwise will not be effective for them). Many people report active thoughts or day dreams in the early stages of mindlessness and think they are doing something wrong. This is not wrong as these visions are all part of the developmental process.

The early stages of mindlessness is very much mindfulness (but with the goal of being empty through development). In order to overcome these itinerant thoughts you must first understand them. Some of these thoughts will be true life events, some of these thoughts will be fantasy based on true life events and some of these thoughts will be pure fantasy. ALL of these thoughts are indications of attachments which must be shed in order to advance.

Technique for Overcoming Thought
As mentioned previously these thoughts represent, and are indeed symbolic, of attachments which you carry through this life. In order to develop you must shed these attachments. The key means of shedding these attachments is to observe them impassively. Recognise that they are thoughts and that they are not in anyway real. Do not become emotionally involved in the thoughts, if you feel yourself becoming involved i.e. they move from being a thought to a day dream you must re-centre yourself. To do this simply breathe deep into the pit of your stomach. Wait until the observations pass and begin again. You are aiming for a time when you can observe these thoughts dispassionately and without judgement and release them never to return in an emotionally involved manner.

These thoughts fall into a number of categories, the first are issues surrounding your current daily life that if not rectified will fester and become either an attachment or a blockage in your system. Later in your development intrusive thoughts will represent blockages, from the past, clearing at various levels which if viewed impassively will not return as you will have begun the process of breaking that bondage. The third are thoughts associated with greater karmic issues, which have set you on your current path, until now.

By mastering passive observance you will have made your current stresses no longer a cause of suffering. Your previous hurts and pains will no longer be allowed to steer your future. And your path to spiritual development will open up completely.

Stepping into Mindlessness
You will never truly escape invasive thoughts whilst in a human state but through the observance technique above they will eventually become less important and as a result have less dominance in your conscious life.

Having mastered mindfulness you must now learn to deal with the phases of mindlessness. The reason why I say "deal with" many people can become scared and confused by what they witness during mindlessness and I wish to provide reassurance.

At the early stages of mindlessness the mind is black and completely still. You can expect to hear ringing in the ears or an increase in tone of the ringing this is very normal. Hold the stillness and allow the energy to flow. In time you should be able to observe the energy, normally as swirling violet, colour. This is natural and is Universal energy clearing and strengthening your system. During this Period you may see eyes or indeed faces. This occurs because your light is shining brighter in the astral realm and any beings in the vicinity will gravitate towards you and "take a look". As you develop some may even communicate with you. Do not worry you have the power to command them to leave you if you do not wish them to continue communicating.

When your energy level has increased to a certain degree, you will no longer observe black at the peak of this meditation. As your chakras expand and your consciousness elevates everything will turn white as a result of your ability to now draw high quality universal energy. This is a very good sign as it means your spiritual development is gathering momentum. The more you enter this state of consciousness the more light you procure, the higher your light quotient, the more you develop. Your ability to use various techniques effectively will start to appear. Learn to hold yourself in this state for as long as you can until such a time as you feel you could rest in this beautiful phase for ever.

Benefits of this Meditation
This meditation allows you to think clearly, not only during meditation, but in every day life. It improves concentration and self discipline allowing you to focus on and achieve whatever challenges lie ahead. By clearing any blockages in your energetic system and drawing in high quality energy this meditation helps you to heal and strengthen and prevents you from succumbing to every passing bug and virus. Most importantly, this meditation accelerates your spiritual development in a safe manner, regardless of whether your goal is enlightenment or to improve your psychic abilities.

The Holistic effects of this meditation are irreplaceable and although some other types of meditation may help you increase some areas of intuition or increase receptivity, this meditation improves all areas of your being, ready to use those other technique to improve individual skills or abilities. This technique is safe and develops you at a pace consistent with steady development unlike some which wrongly attempt to awaken abilities prior to your nervous system strengthening.

Where to Next
The white light phase is not the end of the journey but merely the start of the next more advanced phase of your spiritual journey. As the old saying goes “when the student is ready the master will appear”. It certainly is true; the master who appeared to help me develop further was Ascended Master Lady Nada.

There is no time limit for this meditative process it can take months for some and years for others. Regardless, it is a lifelong process which even once you have attained a certain degree of mastery never loses its place in your developmental tool box.

There are ways to further simplify and accelerate this process

The Fountain of Youth

When i was a student in Grand Master Cho Kok Sui's Pranic School, I was initiated into what are known as the Tibetan Rites. These Rites are wonderful energy generation exercises which help you heal and elevate your conscious perception at a rate your physical vehicle can handle. These Rights are simple and easy for even the less able individual to master. These exercises harness the power of the legendary "Fountain of Youth".

When referring to the Fountain of Youth, explorers of many centuries have launched expeditions looking for a physical location. This legendary location was written about in fantasy and fable as a spring or well of mystical properties, and who so ever shall drink from the well will have eternal youth.

Like many western legends of eastern traditions, the metaphor has been lost in translation somewhat. The fountain of youth is not in a physical place, but rather a meta physical place. The fountain of youth is actually Spiritual Kundalini energy which when safely awakened heals and regenerates the physical being while elevating the spiritual consciousness on the path to enlightenment.

If you know anything about Kundalini awakening you will know that it is the fast track to psychic gifts and spiritual growth, however its power is harnessed for many other things. In the Cho Kok Sui school the energy is used to enhance and enlighten the energy body "turning you into a pillar of light" in order to strengthen your healing ability. This use of Kundalini growth, permits the chakra's to enlarge and in time unify (which whether you realise it or not is the aim or result of spiritual development).

By unifying the chakras you are able to absorb higher quantities and qualities of light energy, which will purify your surroundings and impact on the consciousness of those around you. Furthermore the gold colouring of the unified chakra provides a special kind of protection which transmutes negative energy into healthy useful developmental energy. (i.e. you actually grow stronger from negative attacks and vibes).

I would love to describe the exercises for you, but my powers of description in the written form are not the best. I do however love reading in online libraries and have found a copy for free which I will link you to.

Have a read, and ignore the twaddle which makes up the yarn. The important aspects of this book are the exercises. -  Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth

Breathing technique for spiritual advancement

I bet you have not thought about the way you breathe since childhood. Probably not since you were out of breath in phys ed, and you were told "take a deep breath" and "inflate your chest". Everything from that point onwards just happened. Your body just continued to breath and over time a bad habit had built up. You puff your chest out to look macho, habit! You fill your chest before ducking under water, habit! Everything we do in society has an impact on how we breathe. Right from the earliest moments some authority figure told us that the right thing to do is expand your chest.

Look at a new born baby; does it expand its chest? Because a baby does things naturally and has not yet received society’s wrong programming it will breathe comfortably deep into the pit of its belly. Have you ever thought about how bad your current type of breathing is for you? Have you ever related your breathing technique to your unexplained anxiety, your sluggish constitution or your foggy head in the morning? Probably not, simply because someone some time told you that you were breathing wrong and that it was better to inflate the chest you will forever assume that breathing into your chest is correct. That could not be further from the truth.

Put simply a proper natural breathing technique, not only improves your physical health, but also improves your spiritual and mental well being also.

Deep Spiritual Breathing Technique

What is this technique? Like everything in spirituality and spiritual development it is relatively simple technique called Dan Tian (or belly) Breathing (or Pranayama) (though many would overcomplicate things in an attempt to be a guru or super duper master). In order to practice and try and undo years of bad habits, lay on your back with one hand on your chest and another just below the belly button. Draw in deep breaths allowing your belly to expand but keeping your chest level.

Draw your breath in until the air reaches the lower part of your lungs. (Don’t be alarmed if you start coughing or producing phlegm, its just clearing as this area has not been used for such a long time),and repeat.  Do this every day until it becomes a habit. You will start to feel the gentle clearing effects as your health and spirituality gradually improve.

Rhythm and Retention

Rob Lightbearer You can vastly improve the efficiency of this technique by using a system called rhythm and retention. This uses the body’s natural gasping function to draw in extremely high quality energy. Quite simply rather than breathing smoothly and steadily in a regular fashion, you breathe in and hold, out and hold for a set period. I personally use in and hold for four and out and hold for four as I feel this gives me a balance of high quality energy production coupled with sustainability.

Rhythm and retention creates a bellows effect which naturally forces more energy into your system, thus having a greater cultivation and clearing effect. Imagine closing a set of bellows and holding them closed for a short period, when you expand them again the air rushes in (or is forced in) to fill the void rapidly. Now imagine your lungs are a set of bellows and try it out for yourself. which will advance your personal healing and spiritual journey very quickly.

You will soon find that your energy centres start to grow, and your awareness of reality expands exponentially. (i.e. your physical ability to improve your life, your psychic abilities expand or open and your connectedness to all that is finally opens up)

Physical Benefit's
In Physical terms a proper breathing technique expands the diaphragm allowing air to get into the lower ventricles in a way it probably hasn’t for 20 or more years. Belly breathing expands the diaphragm which in turn massages the adrenal gland, reducing spurious adrenal outburst which cause anxiety. Massages the bowel and frees “you up”. This technique pumps the lymph, clearing out all those decades of fatty build ups and worse. Now this attribute alone has to be worth it! Research lymphoma and how it occurs! There is no evidence to suggest that this technique will stop cancer but I bet free flowing lymph couldn’t hurt eh!!

By correcting improper breathing technique, which most of us have developed over many years you will slowly improve cardiovascular efficiency and function, thus allowing for a more active and healthy lifestyle.  Improved vascular efficiency will allow for clarity of thought and improve brain function and ultimately improve on your ability to relax and sleep.

Spiritual and Energetic Benefits
Energetically the long term impact of correct breathing is immense. Breathing correctly draws clean high quality universal energy through the crown chakra which clears all of the cobwebs and hindrances to development from the spiritual chord. This in turn allows more and higher quality energy to enter the crown chakra. Simultaneously high quality earth energy is drawn in through the feet and basic chakra storing and circulating higher quantities of earth energy.

Both earth and universal energy circulating through your energetic system will start to clear any blockages and shadowing thus defeating ill health at a causal level. This clearing effect will enliven and enlarge each chakra and prompt your evolution towards spiritual enlightenment and all of the goodies which wait in store.  Your personal energy or aura will clear and brighten significantly allowing you to offload any negative baggage you have collected and carried over the years.

The final effect of this breathing technique is transmutation, which in alchemist terminology is changing lead into gold. It transmutes physical essence created within the body and turns it into extremely high quality and enlightening energy, which super kick starts your ascension process, moving you rapidly but at a pace your physical being can cope with, from the physical into the psychic and subsequently onto the spiritual states and levels.

Jackonory tell us a Story

A wee story. I wondered what the immediate effects of this type of training would be. I could naturally feel the clearing effects on my body, but how did I know that my energy had improved. I soon found out. As I was walking to the shops, I had to pass through a rough area. As expected there were the usual likely characters hanging around, one of which had taken an unhealthy interest in me, and most probably my wallet. I turned to look at him and registered his intent I realised trouble was brewing and continued quickly to the shop. I was naturally on edge leaving the shop as I expected trouble, but the street was deserted. I looked hard to see if their was anyone in wait but I couldn’t see anyone. I continued home, and as I drew level with the next junction I saw the same character running down the street like the clappers and when he realised I was looking at him, he jumped into the nearest hedgerow.

What was my shining light saying to the dark corners of his soul?

Ah the perks of high energy in spiritual development 
